My approach to psychotherapy is inclusive and open. I have extensive training in psychodynamic therapy, and believe the most effective work takes place in an environment where my patients can safely discuss their history, and explore the various ways that these formative experiences continue to hamper their present lives.
But I’m open to anything that helps individual patients or couples, as well. As such, I also draw upon other treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused couples therapy (EFCT), self psychological therapy, and more. The ultimate goal is to help you find relief from the ongoing struggles you face.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I look forward to working together.
